Swift on Linux

I started the weekend by setting up my Linux machine for Swift development. I assumed it would take less than half the time it for me to set up Swift development on Windows, and that turned out to be the case.

First, I downloaded and unpacked the latest release. I then downloaded the dependencies.

That’s it. After starting a new terminal session, I was off to using the REPL and creating a project.
